F.R.I.E.N.D.S. is committed to enriching the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and other special needs by fostering inclusion, awareness, equality, and support.

GiGi’s Playhouse San Diego opened its doors on April 7, 2018, a day honored by the city of San Diego as “GiGi's Playhouse Day.” Since then, we've proudly served over 600 San Diego families and have 100+ participants engaging in our programs each month.

NADS is the oldest organization in the country serving individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Their pioneering efforts have made it easier for later generations of individuals with Down syndrome to be accepted by their families and communities, to develop their capabilities, and to work towards independence.
